.NET Solutions Developer (Mid-Level)
Description:
The Pulte Financial Services Information Systems group is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to help modernize their existing architecture. The ideal candidate is a solid junior to mid-level engineer who has experience: working on an agile team, understanding complex business/functional requirements, writing concise/testable code, deploying software to a Production environment, and providing support to existing applications.
As a member of the team, you will use modern tools to help create, enhance, and maintain our architecture which includes: web applications/sites, RESTful and SOAP-based services, 3 rd party API integrations, and a highly customized closing platform.

Experience Preferred:
- Microservice-based architectures (scaling, transactions, error handling)
- Migrating from on-prem hosting to Azure/AWS
- Scrum/agile team member
- Financial industry experience would be a plus
Requirements
( This position is located in Coppell, TX – Hybrid Work Setup – 2 days a week in office and remote).
Background and Experience Required:
- 2+ years of full-stack software development experience (schema design to final product)
- 1+ years building, testing and maintaining object-oriented system architecture (services, clients, sites, etc)
- Strong grasp of object-oriented design principles
- Experience with team-driven design and iteration-based progress
- Experience guiding/supporting system testing, user acceptance testing, and Production roll-out efforts
- Ability to provide production support during business hours as well as on-call hours
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Technical Skills
- C#/Java Application Development – Intermediate: 2+ years’ experience.
- Web Application Development – Proficient: 1+ years’ experience designing/building web applications using a modern web framework (Vue, React, Angular 2 or similar)
- .NET Framework : Proficient: 1+ years’ experience building/maintaining an application in .NET (Framework or Core)
- SQL & SQL Server : Proficient: 2+ years’ experience creating and maintaining database schemas and stored procedures
- Service s: Intermediate: 2+ years’ experience designing/building RESTful APIs with .NET (Framework or Core)
- CI/CD : Proficient: 1+ years’ experience working with Azure Pipelines, Jenkins or similar for automated builds/delivery
