New Account Specialist

o Provide operational support by fixing complicated order and system problems – working to find root cause. Maintaining available ship methods for accounts in SAP. Communicating system changes, updates and operational best practices. Executing changes to existing accounts, including but not limited to, address changes, ownership changes, product restrictions, warehouse visibility, account retirement, and ship methods in CRM and SAP.
o Works closely with the Tax and Compliance Accountant to ensure account requirements aligned with state resale tax laws. Educates potential accounts about state tax code. Upload and maintain tax documents in SOVOS tax compliance software. Run daily reports to ensure no errors exist
o Responsible for navigating and understanding small business insurance policies to ensure coverage is sufficient and applicable to the business type applying for the account. Works with the legal team to outline and understand and identify potential liabilities and risks in order protect QBP, our vendor partners, and the accounts.
o Negotiates and develops account contracts by working with the General Counsel to create and/or update contracts, identify potential gaps in legal protections and coverage, and auditing domestic accounts to ensure operations are within the defined criteria
