QRerve Hiring for Restaurant Software Sales – Freelance Job at Remote Full Time

We’re looking for a direct-to-Restaurant and/or direct-to-Hotel oriented Sales Development Representative. Candidate must be able to actively seek out and engage decision maker prospects to sell a software solution for improving revenue, cost/efficiency, and customer experience and must have meaningful experience in the restaurant industry.

The solution is primarily a guest facing application that enables guests to interact with the establishment during their visit. The solution is billed on a monthly basis based on the number of tables or rooms.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospect establishments that fit the defined profile.
• Present and sell the solution using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Defend cost-­benefit and needs analysis of potential customers.
• Establish positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to prospect customers by contacting the establishment either in person or through other appropriate means.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Contact establishments either through phone, email, or in person

Skills

• Meaningful experience in the restaurant or hotel business.
• Proven work experience as a sales development representative
• Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry (restaurants and hotels)
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

This role can be done on your schedule and at your convenience in addition to whatever other employment you have.
