QSAC pursues this mission through direct services that provide a supportive and individualized setting for children and adults with autism to improve their communication, socialization, academic, and functional skills.Job SummaryIf you are organized, have an eye for detail, enjoy juggling numerous tasks, and have excellent customer service skills, then QSAC may be the job for you!This position will provide administrative support to QSAC’s Human Resources Department.Job ResponsibilitiesAdministrationProvide support to entire Human Resources department, including Onboarding, Recruitment, Benefits and PayrollPerform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, ordering suppliesMaintain paper and computer filesCalendar management, create and edit Microsoft Office documents, as requestedWill respond to and transfer all in-coming calls and take messages in a professional manner and route calls as necessaryPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior managementQualifications & Work Experience Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or related administrative experience required1-2 years customer service/office experience is highly preferredInterest in Human Resources preferredPunctuality and regular attendance is expectedMaintain individual /family confidentialityCommitment to company values and adherence to policies is essentialExcellent customer serviceskills are requiredAbility to juggle multiple tasks with flexibilityDependability and flexibility is expectedExcellent interpersonal skills are requiredWorking knowledge Microsoft Office is requiredBenefitsQSAC benefits are terrific and go beyond health and retirement!
