Responsibilities:
Serve as company contact for job information, application requests, and application receipt.
Status candidates via the applicant tracking system.
Establish contacts and develop materials for recruiting efforts.
Expand web recruiting and expand Quadax base of recruiting partnerships.
Provide services to department managers to assist with filling position vacancies.
Close paperwork loop between a department’s job offer and Human Recourses.
Support Quadax internship program.
Responsible for the issuance of declination letters.
Assist in the development of, and is responsible for the implementation of the annual strategic plan for seasonal recruiting.
Evaluate recruiting methods.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
College degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Absolute discretion with issues of confidentiality
Ability to establish priorities and work with minimal supervision
Strong customer service orientation
