The Global Compensation Lead is part of the Human Resources global organization and reports to the Head of Total Rewards and HR Operations. The position is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing development of the company’s global compensation related programs including base pay, short and long term incentives, sales compensation, other variable pay programs, and equity in coordination with the wider Human Resources organization and cross-functional business leaders.
