REQUIREMENTS of the Automotive Service Writer/Advisor:
- At least 2 years prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a FRANCHISED DEALERSHIP IS PREFERRED
- Knowledge of Reynolds software
- Excellent (CSI) Scores from your previous dealership
- Background check
- A clean driving record
- Must be able to operate vehicles of different sizes, manual and automatic transmissions

Automotive Service Writer Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Vehicle Service write up – repairs and final costs
- Assisting customers identify required services
- Documenting inspection findings and up selling recommended repairs
