Quality Home Health is looking for a Medical Records/HHA
person to join our team!

This position will consist of 50% of the employee’s time in the office performing Medical Records duties and 50% of the time performing Home Health Aide visits.

Qualifications:

• A high school graduate with an office background
• Knowledgeable and proficient with office machines, computers, and office procedures, preferably in the medical field
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the state of Tennessee or completion of required curriculum/hours in accordance with Federal/State regulations
• Current valid driver’s license
• Must be able to provide hands on personal care to assigned patients
• Working knowledge of the home health care program and previous experience providing home health aide visits preferred
