Position Overview
Quandary Consulting Group (QCG) is looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team. As a valued member of the executive team, the Director of Marketing will develop and implement an internal strategy to guide the company further into an elite brand space. This strategic development will emphasize the vital aspect of sales enablement. The director will stay attuned to market trends and advancements, pinpointing prospects for innovative services. Furthermore, the Director of Marketing will create and coordinate marketing policies, initiatives, and campaigns, while ensuring a unified strategy.

Responsibilities Will Include
Develop and implement overall marketing plan to guide company further into elite brand space
Review current marketing trends to determine effectiveness of various styles
Accelerate sales efforts by identifying and guiding lead generation
Measure return on investment of advertising methods
Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
Collaborate in development of new services and products
Oversee promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and further build brand awareness
Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding budget and direction of company
Maintain brand and image that attracts customers to services and products
Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
Translate results into actionable insights for leadership team
