About the work:

Quartz Events is hiring for a Marketing Operations Manager. In this role you will play an important part in managing our MarTech Stack to help us continue to succeed.

You understand and have worked with email deliverability concepts including: IP provisioning, DKIM and SPF records setup and management, Ongoing email deliverability optimization and more. In addition to email deliverability you will own our marketing tech buildouts and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

Email Deliverability SME

You will learn email deliverability best practices in conjunction with the department head and setup and implement processes for:

• IP procurement, assignment to domains, SPF, TEXT, DMARC etc.
• Email testing using newsletter tester site, and similar tools on a scheduled basis to ensure we always have clean high performing email setup.
• Research and bring back ideas to the team on best practices, new vendors, etc. on continued improvement.

Acoustic Admin
You will manage within Acoustic:

• Marketing calendar management
• New User Setup
• Assign new users training modules within Acoustic Academy in conjunction with their hiring managers. Provide an initial onramp for new hires within Acoustic that is structured and repeatable.
• Setup and manage email campaigns, queries, automations, programs and more within Acoustic as the department grows.

Asana

• You will be dedicated user of Asana and serve as an example to the rest of the marketing team. You will program in your weeks tasks within Asana to show (visually) in your standup meeting your past week wins and your week planned on our Monday meetings.
• You will pull in other team members as needed on your projects and set due dates and follow up assertively with them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
