General maintenance and repairs of all farm equipment and trucks. Operation of all equipment from planting to harvesting and everything in between. Must have an insurable driving record. Looking for a person that likes to keep things clean and orderly and takes pride in his work. Works well with others and is able to give direction and guidance to part time help. Salary is DOE. We have a large shop heated/AC and no livestock. Most meals provided. We occasionally work weekends, mostly during planting and harvest. Our main crops grown are corn,soybeans,and sugar beets. If you are the right person for this job and are looking to make a career of farming, you could possibly become a partner or profit share in the company.
