Job Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of this fast-paced rapidly growing company. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a sharp business mind and proven success managing diverse personalities of team members and clients to maximize satisfaction, retention, and efficiency. The Operations Manager will ensure the organization is providing amazing service that meets and exceeds the expectations of clients and staff. They will have a keen eye on current practices and innovative solutions for growing the scale of the business.
Essential Functions:
· Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
· Ensure staff and company compliance with established policies, processes, and standards
· Effectively manage the constantly shifting client and staff scheduling to ensure business objectives are met
· Provide and interpret production, efficiency, and financial analysis reports to ownership while recommending further courses of action
· Provide insight into business performance against competitors and industry trends
· Maintain constant communication focused on transparency and relationships with staff and clients to ensure a positive work culture within the organization
· Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance protocols
· Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the company
· Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
· Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
· Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
· Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Finalize and Run Weekly Payroll
· Set and maintain KPIs
Skills, Qualifications, Requirements:
· Minimum five years of previous management experience
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Highly motivated, goal-oriented, focused, ability to multitask
· Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, planning, and follow-up
· Leadership and interpersonal skills mastery
· Advanced knowledge of the industry and operational norms
· In-depth knowledge/ability to learn and utilize company software systems and databases
· Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) programs
· Excellent written and oral communication
· Proven problem resolution skills
· Advanced knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting
· Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Drive, Messaging apps such as Slack, Excel, Word,
Social Media Platforms, Emails, and VOIP Phone Systems (Ring Central)
· Clean driving record (5 years)
· Clean criminal background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
