Contract: 06 Months
Location: Huntsville, AL (Remote)
Some of your major responsibilities will include:
• Support the Space Talent Acquisition Operations team with event coordination, candidate management, and interview scheduling
• Assist Event Planners with the coordination of in-person and virtual recruiting events, including networking, career fairs, invitationals and interview days
• Work closely with assigned hiring managers, recruiters, security, administrative services and other internal resources to coordinate event logistics
• Communicate with candidates to confirm interview or event attendance
• Schedule interviews for event candidates (phone, video or in-person) which may include coordinating travel arrangements and hiring manager calendar management
• Track event candidate progress and help drive completion of key recruiting milestones
• Purchase, distribute and maintain inventory of event materials, displays, iPads, and other event supplies
• Assist the Events team with general administrative support as needed

Basic Qualifications
• High School diploma and 5 years of administrative support experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Preferred Qualification
• Prior experience coordinating events
• Experience scheduling high volume interviews or similar appointments

Salary: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
