A prominent manufacturing company in the Mira Loma area is seeking an HR Manager. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing HR guidance and support to plant management and for the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions at the plant level. Areas of responsibility include: payroll processing, recruiting and hiring, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, HRIS maintenance, safety, and training and development .This is a top priority hire. The position is salaried in the $90K+ range base salary plus bonus!

responsibilities:
o Coordinate pre-employment tests and background checks.
o Schedule interviews for candidates for a variety of positions.
o Assist in the Recruitment process of staff
o Maintain sensitive and confidential information.
o Conduct and/or assist with orientation of new employees to the organization.
o Prepare paperwork needed to create new employee files.
o Maintain employee file records in an up-to-date manner by handling changes in employee
status and/or data promptly and accurately.
o Review time sheets, for payroll processing to ensure accuracy.
o Assist with tracking the employment of temporary staff.
o Track and record all employee requests for time off.
o Benefits administration.
