Accounts Payable Specialist
We are hiring for a local industrial services company who is in need of an Accounts Payable Specialist! An ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Payable, be able to multitask, have excellent organizational skills, and be able to manage high volume data entry and calls. Apply today!
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
High Volume AP Data Entry
Weekly Check Runs
Vendor Relations
Posting daily Wire/ACH transactions
Must follow procedures and enforce procedures
Must be able to switch direction/priorities frequently
Ability to reconcile vendor statements
Intermediate Excel experience
Gathering and sorting documents
Detail Oriented
Previous experience in AP
Resolve discrepancies
