In this critical role, you’ll be the go-to expert for employee relations issues within manufacturing or 24/7 operations. You’ll coach and advise managers on progressive discipline, performance management, and conflict resolution, ensuring a consistent approach to managing employee relations across the organization. work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities
As the Employee Relations Partner, job duties include:

Gather information and prepare documentation related to employee relations issues.

Collaborate with people managers to prepare appropriate progressive discipline documentation and track all actions.

Conduct workplace investigations on claims of harassment, discrimination, and compliance matters, including developing investigation plans, conducting interviews, compiling documentation, and formulating findings and recommendations.

Work with legal counsel and compliance as needed during investigations.

Provide expert advice and coaching to management on various employee conduct and performance issues, including grievances of varying complexity.

Manage the interactive process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Skills
-
7+ years of experience in HR/Employee Relations working in the pharmaceutical manufacturing or scientific industry.

Experience in a diverse environment (exempt and non-exempt workforce) is preferred.

Familiarity with state and federal employment laws.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Advanced interpersonal, conflict management, and diagnostic skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of cases.
