CompensationDuring Training: $2163/hrAfter Training: $22.66/hr.

Responsibilities
• Answer heavy inbound calls and verify identity and eligibility
• Providing information about location of medical centers, pre-appointment preparation, and related benefit information
• Assist members with web support and in selecting provider and pre-enroll callers as needed

For Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $25.00/hour.
