About The ROLE
The Savings Group is a highly innovative FinTech company that needs additional growth through internet partnerships and affiliates. We have a very strong presence and fast growth in the auto lending space and need an aggressive, ambitious Affiliate Sales Manager to expand our presence by creating partnerships with web, media, auto, finance, and other digital partners that fall within our industry.
This position will need someone unafraid of taking on new challenges and who wants to be a part of making a multi-million dollar company, a multi-billion dollar company. There may be traveling involved, but most of the work will be done remotely. You will be able to utilize video conferencing as well as online demonstrations to conduct your business development calls.
The company that you will be representing is an industry leader and has been for over 20 years. This market is currently expanding at a very high rate and we need to hire someone immediately.
This position will be compensated through a salary, based on experience, and commissions determined by the business their partnerships generate.
About The RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn, support, and grow The Savings Group affiliate program and exceed monthly sales targets
• Identify new industry segments to offer auto loans, actively pursue them and sign them to be part of The Savings Group partner network
• Actively recruit and diversify the portfolio of affiliate publishers and media partners
• Identify key areas of changes, updates, and improvements on The Savings Group platform that will enable The Savings Group to remain best in class
• Regularly report to senior management on opportunities, both qualitatively and quantifiably

About The REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field experience
• 2 years of experience or familiarity with direct response, affiliate marketing or digital marketing required
• Media and/or Network Affiliate marketing required
• Must demonstrate strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communications skills
• Must be able to work in a multi-discipline, collaborative environment
• Have Strong attention to detail and comfortable with technical subject matter
• Be comfortable with common marketing metrics and analysis (ROI, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.)
• Background with affiliate marketing and data analysis preferred

• Dedicated work from home space that is free from distractions (CANDIDATES CAN NOT LIVE IN CA, NY, NJ, WA, IL, OR and MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES)

Compensation: Competitive salary based on relevant skills, education, and experience: $80k plus commissions which should equate to 40 – 50% of base
