Raymond Chevrolet Kia the premier dealer in the Northern suburbs has a rare opening for Chevrolet Service Manager. We seek a dynamic leader with the ability to motivate technicians and service personnel to maximize the talent we have assembled. The Service Manager will have responsibilities up to and including:

· Service Technician Productivity

· Technician scheduling to maximize efficiency

· Working with BDC to increase RO count while maintaining scheduling

· Directing service employees effectively to increase MPVI results

· Responsibility to identify CSI concerns and create a plan to repair

· Use present technology to partner with customers in maintenance of vehicles

· Follow GM Policy and Procedures for Warranty Services

This position reports to the Service Director and is available immediately. We seek an experienced individual or someone ready to make that step up to the next level.
