RdF Corporation, a sensor manufacturing company located in Southern NH, is seeking a dynamic individual to provide HR services. The candidate will be responsible for effective recruitment and retention programs, training and career development initiatives, compensation administration, labor relations, workplace diversity, and strategic organizational and personnel planning. They will develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures and will provide strategic direction to align human resource programs in support of all departments’ strategic initiatives and mission. Additional qualifications include: demonstrated strong analytical, time and project management skills and ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner; flexibility and experience with managing multiple, high priority tasks and adjusting to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines; detail oriented with strong follow-up skills; knowledge of accounting and financial concepts with ability to quickly assimilate and understand the business needs of customers served; ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and possess excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Required Education, Experience and Skills: Five to ten years broad-based experience in human resources including the management of professional staff. Demonstrated knowledge of key functional areas of human resources including compensation, employment, employee relations, and organizational development is required as well as the ability and commitment to lead client-centered programs. Excellent managerial, interpersonal and communication skills are required. The candidate will also possess strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills with superior judgment and maturity.
Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline. MBA or higher education is a plus. Working knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting human resource management is required. A commitment to diversity is essential. PHR certification is preferred. SPHR certification is helpful. Must be proficient with MS Applications and have the ability to quickly learn other computer applications as required. Knowledge with SAGE is a plus.
