This is an in-person opportunity in our Birmingham, AL office in the 5 Points area.
We are looking for a Director of Advertising to help manage our company’s advertising campaigns that generate our single family investment deals as well as manage and track their performance. We advertise to property owners, Realtors, and other investors using a variety of media – direct mail, online PPC & SEO, SMS campaigns, cold calling and working on adding several new channels this year. You’ll be responsible for managing our data, delivery tools, advertising schedule and working with our Systems Manager to generate the reports that allow us to track a variety of performance metrics for review with senior leadership. We’re looking for an operator who is comfortable with the big picture and capable of managing the details of our various campaigns.

Responsibilities*

• Create, Manage and Track advertising campaigns for all three of our business lines – investment, title & brokerage
• Track performance across a variety of metrics
• Analyze performance per zip code of successful investment deals to drive future advertising
• Work with business unit leaders on individual goals
• Provide analysis to senior leadership on future advertising investment
• Report to the CEO and help drive revenue growth as we expand in current markets and into new markets

Requirements

• Knowledge of direct to consumer advertising
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & Google Docs (Sheets, Docs); very good with spreadsheets
• Superior analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Confidentiality and integrity
• Degree in Advertising preferred
