Your New Role:
We are looking for a Remote Senior Director of People and Culture to collaborate with leaders across the organization to create and implement people strategies to support business results. You will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day-operations within HR and the effective delivery of the full life cycle of HR practices to retain and develop talent.
How You Will Make An Impact:
Be a trusted advisor for leadership team; working closely with senior leadership by providing people strategies that support the strategic business goals and drive engagement.
Act as a catalyst for change: help set direction, provide appropriate resources and manage strong change management and execution plans for organization changes.
Develops and lead a best in class and service-driven HR team, that effectively supports employee engagement and organizational growth.
Work with leaders and employees to identify, establish, and maintain a positive work environment and authentic culture which encourages diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Develop and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive culture that attracts and retains a diverse talent pool.
Develop and implement a wide range of on-going employee experience programs, communications, recognition, and engagement efforts that shape and reinforce our mission and core values.
Manage and provide input into total rewards, inclusive of compensation guidance, benefits programs, rewards and recognition to engage, retain and attract talent.
Assess ongoing and future training and developmental needs across the organization. Identify and implements additional training initiatives to support employee development and soft skills.
As A Leader You Will:
Coach, mentor, engage and develop the HR team, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and learning opportunities.
Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicates organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, and regular interpersonal communication.
