Position Summary:

The servers will serve hors-d’oeuvres, food, and soft drinks. In addition, the bartenders will be pouring beer, wine, and liquor to guests during games and events. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Essential Functions:

• Serves food and beverage to guests

• Tips are available – at the guest’s discretion

• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food and bar service areas during the games and events

• Replenishes food and beverage during the games and events if needed.

• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs

• Must be able to speak English and be hospitable

• Employees must maintain a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.

• Adheres to safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation

• Breaks down and cleans food service areas if needed

• Previous experience as a server or bartender for at least 1-year experience min.

• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures

• Requires constant standing and walking
• Must be vaccinated
