Through a combination of medical research and policy initiatives, collaborations, education, and advocacy, they are committed to supporting and creating healthcare delivery models that improve care and access for seniors.

They are hiring a Senior Research Analyst responsible for supporting clinical research, project management, and writing activities to help advance the mission. The role will be a key member of the team working directly with our public and private sector partners, including hospitals, professional societies, and academic, non-profit, and government institutions to educate, develop, implement, and evaluate the impact of innovative models of chronic care and behavioral health care outcomes.

This role will contribute to, monitor, and manage multiple projects’ communications, contracts, timelines, and deliverables. You must have strong knowledge of behavioral health care and use this expertise to provide dissemination support to different publication audiences.

• Develop and maintain expertise in the behavioral health landscape including the latest behavioral health research, models and approaches, financing mechanisms, and payer engagement in the behavioral health space
• Use project management tools and capabilities to track, manage, and report the status of deliverables across multiple work streams and multiple internal staff and external partners
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, manuscripts for peer review, white papers, short primers on behavioral health, clinical implementation guides and toolkits, and, research and partnership proposals.
• Support research-related data security and compliance activities
• Quickly and skillfully write documents and presentations on behavioral health for public consumption
• Conduct analyses to gain insights into expectations, needs, motivation, and best practices of key stakeholders as needed
• Support contract management activities

What you need to succeed

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field
• Ability to manage research operations using project management tools and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to write professionally, with strong analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to design and carry out statistical analyses using common statistical software
• Knowledge of current behavioral healthcare ecosystem market dynamics and trends is preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting, delivering behavioral health services is preferred
