As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. You will be responsible for handling inventory, operating equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick and pack orders for shipment
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Keep track of inventory and conduct regular stock counts
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipping and receiving
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment and tools
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products
• Handle and store materials according to safety guidelines
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Support in maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse
• Follow and enforce proper safety procedures and protocols

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Knowledge of inventory management principles
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with handling and storing hazardous materials (if applicable)
• Understanding of quality control processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
