What you will do:
Partner with Early Talent Program managers and other stakeholders to design and deliver intern program activities, including development sessions, executive talks, and social activities as well as campus engagement and outreach events.
Coordinate and manage logistics with stakeholders associated with intern new hire orientation, onboarding,offboarding and external outreach engagement.
Create and maintain intern and hiring manager communication channels, including intranet pages, chat groups, email distribution lists, and calendars
Coordinate internal meetings and program sessions, including content planning, logistics, and facilitation
Serve as point of contact for escalated intern and hiring manager inquiries; provide timely responses to questions and queries
Create and maintain self-service documentation, processes, and content for interns and managers
Partner with the Early Talent Program manager and other stakeholders to collect, analyze, and share feedback, trends, and opportunities for program improvements

Ability to work with and learn new productivity tools, including the creation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other documentation
Ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment
Ability to develop and track program plans, proactively anticipate needs and undertake follow-up actions, and promote method, procedure, system, or process improvements to reduce time and effort and ensure scalability
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting demands on short notice and maintain focus on details
1+ year(s) of experience working in HR, project management, or an administrative role
