Human Resources Manager – Auburn Hills, MI
Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overall administration of department and day to day operations

· Recruit, maintain employee files, and administer employee benefits

· Provide support to employees needs and concerns

· Develop and assist in companywide policies and procedures

· Complete special projects including spreadsheets, reports, conduct employee labor law research, and organize information

Qualifications:

· Strong leadership and organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure when needed

· Broad knowledge of human resources functions including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, labor laws, etc.

· Must be willing to learn

· Prior experience in human resources is preferred

· Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
