Overview
Regency Integrated Health Services is currently seeking to expand its Accounting and Finance team at our corporate office located in downtown Victoria, Texas. We are seeking a motivated professional with a knowledge of accounting practices who possesses and maintains a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, as well as, a strong desire and willingness to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Senior Controller, the primary responsibilities of a Staff Accountant include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing and processing accounts payables and deposits
- Preparing General Ledger entries and bank reconciliations
- Effectively processing employee payroll for assigned facilities
- Preparing monthly financial statements and analyses
- Maintaining daily communication with assigned facility staff and managers
- Provide support for special projects/assignments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Intermediate computer skills including the knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be adaptable and able to multi task in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Must possess and display effective communication skills
- Must be willing to collaborate with peers to enhance overall teamwork and performance
