You are adept at managing multiple tasks at once and have demonstrated strong time management skills while in fast-paced environments. You have strong conflict resolution skills, work collaboratively with teams, develop strong partnerships with clients and colleagues, and can effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Execute daily HR data processing requests from managers, employees, and HR Business Partners.
Accurately maintain employee records and carry out HR data transactions, including on-boarding, off-boarding, employee personal and employment data updates, data audits, and mass data changes.
Provide prompt and courteous customer support via the HR ticketing system. Ensure employee and manager questions and requests are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
Respond to Tier I HR (benefits, recruiting, L&D, etc.) inquiries from employees.
Support HR Business Partners in data-gathering and reporting requests to help resolve HR matters.
Provide suggestions and/or recommendations for HR transaction process improvements.
Maintain employee data confidentiality at all times.
Support HRIS team in systems testing and validation as needed.
Qualifications:
A demonstrated interest in human resources, data, and compliance. Prior work experience in human resources preferred.
Proven ability to manage time and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Basic proficiency with Excel.
Desire to learn and grow within an HR organization.
Ability to work ~9am-5pm PST.
