JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Account Supervisor to join our growing Client Services team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, empathic, detail-oriented, organized team player with a proven track record at digital marketing agencies.

As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all current and emerging client needs are met across multiple projects and clients. You will be the champion of the brand and work closely within a cross-functional team of strategists, project managers, creatives, developers, and partner agencies. As part of the Client Services team, you will also collaborate with the client to identify the brand’s needs, help make data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations, document the decisions, communicate them to the team, strategize solutions, and own the final delivery of all digital projects. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving organic growth within your client portfolio. In order to achieve this, you’ll have to understand the science behind the product, the brand’s commercial strategy, and the digital strategy that will drive client revenue and growth.

JOB DETAILS

As a Digital Account Supervisor, you will:

• Lead multiple client accounts with minimal supervision across all agency digital projects, including, digital strategy, customer experience, creative development, website and digital asset design, analytics, SEO, PPC, omni-channel marketing, and performance reporting
• Ensure that clients are delighted with every project delivery
• Manage client relationships and expectations, while driving consistent organic growth
• Manage relationships with partner agency leads to ensure optimal collaboration
• Partner with the project management team to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
• Maintain ongoing project status with project management by maintaining project status documents and burn reports
• Lead internal and external status meetings
• Write clear, concise emails, status reports, and conference reports
• Write SOWs in partnership with senior client services and project management teams
• Manage and report on project budget utilization
• Manage legal, regulatory, and medical review process
• Grow client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities for business development
• Participate in new business pitch team activities as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in a digital agency environment
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or a similar regulated industry
• Digital marketing experience with a firm understanding of customer experience, analytics, SEO, PPC, web development, and omni-channel marketing
• Proven track record of supervising large-scale digital projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Technical knowledge of how websites are built and delivered
• Experience in understanding and delivering website analytics reports
