Relief Home Health Services, Inc. provides comprehensive, highly skilled and compassionate medical care for patients who are challenged with psychiatric and medical comorbidities in our community. Relief Home Health Services Inc. empowers and supports their employees through ongoing training and educational opportunities. This position will provide educational training opportunities to all current staff members as well as the development of training opportunities for all new staff members and refresher training for current staff members in the future. This position will provide crisis intervention training for staff members, while also providing a focus on staff support following difficult situations in the workplace or outside of the workplace.
Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health and Counseling Psychology, Licensed as LMHC, experience working in Community Mental Health Centers, experience in Crisis Intervention, experience working with clients with dual diagnosis, strong communication skills, highly organized, efficient and self-motivated, strong multi-tasking and program coordination skills, ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations
Responsibilities/Essential functions:

• 
  Provides quality clinical consultation to providers and staff in areas of child and adult mental and behavioral health related issues
• 
  Provides triage, assessment and referral services to staff seeking counseling, work-life or other ancillary services, including after-hours/on-call coverage.
• 
  Consult with managers and human resource professionals on a variety of workplace challenges
• 
  Promotes Relief Home Health Services’ knowledge of patient behavioral health issues and provides education to assist with enhancing primary care utilization of behavioral health care and interventions
• 
  Create and facilitate monthly trainings on selected mental and behavioral health related topics, including care, prevention and treatment enhancement techniques
• 
  Utilizes Federal, State, Local and community resources as needed by patients and shares resource information with staff
• 
  Participate regularly in clinical supervision and requested ad-hoc consultations as needed
• 
  Performs other duties as assigned
