Job Description RemX is hiring a Hybrid AP Associate in West Hills, CA!
Note: Hybrid position – in office twice a week (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AP Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial concepts, technical accounting, and financial management. If you have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial services, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of accounts payable
- Conduct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures
- Utilize technical accounting skills to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide guidance on governmental accounting practices and reporting requirements
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Excel Exp is a must (Pivot, vlook up, formulas)
- Experience with financial auditing and reporting
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation processes
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights
- Familiarity with financial management software and tool
