RemX – Accounting & Finance Staffing Hiring For Staff Accountant – Onsite Tempe – $-K at Tempe, AZ Full Time

Growing company specialized in Skin care products is looking for a reliable Staff Accountant.

Pay 55-60K, with room to grow in $ as they learn

Hours 7AM – 4PM AZ time

Duties

• Inventory management and analysis
• Establish INVENTORY controls for the 3 warehouses which are all in Tempe
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records and work to prevent future errors.
• Supervise the inventory associate in the warehouse who will reports up to the accountant with reports daily /weekly
• Prepare financials, conduct GL account analysis , trending .
• Keep up with licensing, re-sale certificates, any type of state permitting, or credentials needed.
• Prepare financial repots that go the outside CPA for Quarterly Income Tax
• Credit cards processing for expenses.
• Bank Reconciliations
• A/P
• AR billing and invoice corrections.
• Multi-state PAYROLL and payroll taxes.
• Keep employee manual up to date
• Stay in compliance with changes in laws, such as sick time, wage rules.

Requirements:

• Full time on site in Tempe office. Can probably work at home from time to time after they get established.
• BA in Accounting or Equivalent in Experience
• Min 3 years full charge bookkeeping
• QuickBooks Enterprise is required
• Experience accounting in a MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT. (Manufacturing experience is really important because of the inventory of raw materials and parts )
• Staff accountant , roll up sleeves take charge attitude
• Confidential and trust-worthy.
