With years of experience in health care, Renew Home Health is one of the leading providers in the industry for customer satisfaction and quality of care making it one of the fastest growing home health agencies in the area.The ideal Marketing candidate will be results driven, self motivated, have exceptional time management skills, ability to think outside the box and work well in highly stressful situations.ROLE PURPOSEThis position administers and coordinates patient care services and staffing function of the branch office within the parameters of approved budgets and strategic plans in accordance with state, federal, and local regulations. Responsibilities include:
- Promotes home health programs and services.
- Manages community education budgets.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, hospices, home health care agencies, and physicians’ offices.
- Responsible for generating appropriate referrals from a variety of sources.
- Tracks and reports monthly contacts with referral sources.
- Assist with special events, health fairs or public relations as needed.
