SUMMARY
The HR Business Partner, (LA & Mid-West) territory is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to 3-5 retail locations with annual revenue of up to $250M. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives to cultivate an innovative, high-performing, and inclusive culture as well as providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement across the organization to ensure standards are aligned and being executed for all our retail management.
As a functional part of the core team, this position will work to increase our bottom-line profitability by directly impacting our employees through employee and leadership development.
