2. Implement new and/or update HR policy and procedures including ownership of employee handbooks based upon external (e.g. new rules) or internal (e.g. changing company needs)
3. Accountable for ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures and documentation of exceptions and/or non-compliance.
4. Facilitate the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
5. Monitor employee relations through meetings, surveys, exit interviews, and other methods. Assessing trends and work with management on action plans
6. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
7. Communicate any new or updated policy and procedures.
8. Provide HR training for Managers and Staff
9. Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies to create salary structures and administer employee benefits.
10. Create recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
11. Supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team.
12. Coordinate with Employee Benefits Broker to ensure employee benefits are accurate and implemented.
13. Process payroll accurately and timely
14. Ensure company-wide timely execution of performance and wage reviews.
15. Manage the Office Manager in all locations.
16. Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
18. Perform other HR related duties as assigned.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
2. SHRM or other HR Certifications desired.
3. Experience with G-Suites or Microsoft Office software
4. Paylocity experience desired or any other Payroll/HR software.
5. Payroll processing experience
6. Strong computer skills and experience with G-Suites or Microsoft Office software
7. Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts and how to apply them to HR processes.
8. Excellent leadership, decision-making, training, and developmental skills
9. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
10. Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations.
11. Ability to comprehend complex language, theories, and methodologies.
12. Time management and organizational skills
