Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
Administer human resource plans and procedures for all RCC personnel
Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
Write, revise, and post job opportunities in traditional and non-traditional forums
Identify optimal recruiting pools to find the best talent for each role
Conduct initial outreach to candidates to keep them engaged and in the pipeline
Set up and facilitate interviews
Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies manual
Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting
Maintain and distribute list of new and cancelled employees under each benefit plan
Assist with new-employee orientations regarding ADP and benefits
Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from ADP
Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
Maintain and processes all Unemployment Notices of Entitlement and potential charges in a timely, efficient manner. Attends unemployment hearings when necessary
Contact Center hours of operations are Monday – Friday 8AM to 8PM, Saturday 8AM to 6PM, and Sunday 8AM to 5PM
The exact days and times for this role are subject to change based on business need but are most likely to be a routine weekday schedule
Qualifications:

Ability to source and screen candidates while providing a best-in-class candidate experience
Familiarity with payroll and benefits software systems (ADP preferred)
SHRM certification- a plus!
Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
Ability to speak and conduct oneself with confidence and poise
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and accountable
Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook
