Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent;
- OR seven to ten years related experience and/or training;
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years previous management and operations experience with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier preferred.
- Extensive travel is required. Ability to travel at an estimated frequency of 50% annually.
- Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle.
- Current state driver’s license.

- Identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities across all distribution centers.
- Manage regional distribution budget to meet financial targets.
- Monitor performance of centers and directors against KPIs and targets.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across centers.
- Foster a culture of growth, engagement, and collaboration within the region.
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners.
- Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
