Payroll Specialist/HR Representative

RepuCare, a premier healthcare staffing agency, is a certified WBE (women business enterprise) located in Indianapolis. We are currently seeking a full time Payroll Specialist/Administrative Human Resources person for our corporate office.

This position is responsible for assisting the HR Generalist with onboarding, coding, and collecting time sheet data, payroll processing, as well as maintaining all time away from work data.

Payroll Specialist/Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Coordinate bi-weekly employee payroll

• Utilize CRM and Client specific systems for payroll data acquisition, then compile information into payroll system for payroll generation and client invoicing

• Cursory review of payroll reports for accuracy

• Maintain time away from work reports

• Respond to pay and time away from work concerns from employees

• Filing: Assistance with Human Resources and Administrative tasks as needed

Skills/Knowledge Required

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.

• Prior experience with QuickBooks would be helpful.

• Prior experience with Paylocity or similar payroll management system and/or backoffice system helpful, but not necessary.

• Experience with Kronos also helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
