Seeking someone to help manage the client care support needs for a small private practice business!

Client care communications: answer phone line, schedule appointments for clients, send initial paperwork, follow up and working in collaboration with biller on ensuring copayments are complete.

Administrative duties such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.

• Create and maintain electronic filing of documents and assist with policy document development for business private practice

• Bonus: help with social media posts and website management

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
