About the position:
Resonary is looking for 5 Full Time Recruiters, starting immediately to recruit for one of our brands. If you need two weeks notice, it’ll be too late.
We are looking for full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

What you’ll do:
- Source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes/job applications and performing phone screenings
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
What you bring: (requirements)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- External Talent Sourcing – Identifies and applies appropriate candidate sourcing methodologies and tools to identify, attract and engage diverse talent in the external market.
- High volume recruitment experience
- Proficient with technology – you will use our high volume software
