Look no further! RHD Bridges is seeking a part-time RN to assist with supporting the medical needs of its 2 residential sites located in West View and Bellevue

RHD Bridges is a community-based, mental health, specialized supportive housing program, supporting the needs of 6 residents in a home-like settings. The RN will work in conjunction the site staff, clinical coordinator and community support providers to address medical needs of the program residents.

How You Can Make a Real Impact

In collaboration with the clinical, medical, case management teams, behavioral health and social services, the RN will provide supportive services to individuals, assisting with community resource coordination in responding to the needs of consumers and the program. This is a community-based position, therefore the RN must possess the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Provide Medication administration training to program staff

Complete monthly MAR and cart audits

Implement medication policies per funder and program requirements

Coordinate medical needs with community medical and behavioral health providers.

Provide psychoeducation and/or training to program residents and program staff, to include medication education and disease management.

RHD Bridges is a program that serves 6 adults with significant mental illness in a residential community setting. It has been operating since 2008, and has had a positive impact on the individuals who have lived there.
