The role of Manager of Compensation will help design compensation strategies and programs to ensure business and talent alignment. This role will provide technical and analytical expertise, as well as leadership on key processes and projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with the Human Resources team and business leaders to help design, implement, communicate and administer compensation programs that align talent with the business goals and strategy.
The Manager works across boundaries to innovate and execute the Compensation Strategy to positively impact our 4 Key Results: Engaging Team Members, Bringing Back Guests, Growing Sales and Increasing Profits. This position will report directly to the Director of Compensation for Brinker.
