Restoration Professionals Inc Hiring for Construction Project Manager Job at Saint Paul, MN Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a full-time project manager in our construction department. This position is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and control of a project through completion, while meeting our customer satisfaction goals.

Employees in this position are expected to have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all phases of Construction including plumbing and electrical, and the ability to manage jobs and direct and supervise other workers on job-sites.

• Meets each client on-site, explains the project, the people working on the project and the expected timeline of the project
• Communicates project information to customer, estimator and insurance adjusters
• Manages projects within scheduled time frame
• Resolves routine project challenges (deadlines, material, labor, etc)
• Supervises sub-contractors and employees on job-sites; assigns job responsibilities and work plans
• Monitors budget for each project, ensures certificate of completion is obtained for all finished projects
• Monitors and orders supplies as needed
• Provides quality customer service; including excellent communication and demonstrated knowledge of the construction industry
• Performs a variety of skilled carpentry duties as needed
• Participates in on-call team rotation (evenings, weekends and holidays)
• Performs office duties as required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will be provided with either a vehicle allowance or company vehicle, gas card, and company paid cell phone for business use. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
