We are currently seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to join our accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. They will be based in our beautiful Chelsea-based NYC office (once it is safe to return to work) and will be a key role in our accounting function helping with responsibilities such as:

Job Duties

• Manage Closed Opportunity-to-Invoice process in Salesforce
• Review and approve revenue recognition setup for new invoices in Intacct accounting software
• Perform month end revenue analysis and revenue verification
• Maintain and update process documents related to Opportunity-to-Invoice cycle
• Provide insurance documentation to customers as needed
• Assist in collections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years’ experience of public accounting
• Experience using Salesforce.com required
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and key metrics, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time management and planning skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated individual who thrives on doing a job well, and has the initiative and drive to excel
• Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and perform a variety of concurrent tasks
