The selected candidate will lead and further develop a human resources team at Retrax, and function as a key member of the brand’s management team. The position will report to both the Truck Hero HR Director, and the Retrax General Manager.

Position Requirements:

• Effectively manage a full range of HR responsibilities including employee relations and engagement, administration of the Truck Hero compensation and benefits program, recruitment and onboarding, and plant safety programs
• Develop, implement, and administer new HR program and procedures consistent with a commitment to ongoing problem solving and improvement
• Drive ongoing and effective communications initiatives supportive of our commitment at Retrax to openness and employee participation
• Drive an innovative and effective talent acquisition and onboarding program able to our growth and the need to exceptional and committed talent
• Participate in and/or oversee local payroll and HRIS responsibilities and processes, annual benefits enrollment, employee records management, and required audit and reporting responsibilities
• Coach, mentor, and develop HR team members for improved effectiveness and career growth opportunities
• Demonstrate and leverage outstanding communications skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• SHRM certification preferred
• Seven or more years of broad HR experience with at least three years in a leadership role
• Work experience providing HR leadership and support to a manufacturing operation
• Solid experience working with HRIS
