**Description**The Brand Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Brand Head of American Crew and CND and departmental tasks for both American Crew and CND. The coordinator will be responsible for all administrative and analytical tasks, travel arrangements, meetings coordination, and managing the Brand Head’s agenda. Additionally, this position will own the administrative functions (e.g., invoices, purchase requisitions, prioritization of payment, etc.) for both brands.**Responsibilities:**Administrative duties for the Brand Head+ Manage Outlook calendar and handle all scheduling matters. Schedule appointments and meetings. Coordinate and update any meeting requests changes that occur during the day.+ Ensure effective and efficient meeting and event planning. Virtual, in-office, and off-site meetings and special events aligned with the Brand Head+ Provide the needed administrative support, which may include, but is not limited to preparing agendas and issue meeting minutes when required. Gather and organize meeting materials in advance. Reserve conference rooms and work with Office Services for room setup, audio-visual needs, security, transporting of materials, catering, etc. Coordinate multi-person conference calls for regional and functional teams.+ Process monthly expense reports for the Brand HeadDepartmental Duties+ Manage all brand bills, invoices, and purchases across all departments for both brands (American Crew & CND)+ Maintain weekly prioritization with procurement and accounts payable+ Significant interface with cross-functional teams and outside agencies and vendors.+ Identify clear prioritizes and raise issues to the Brand Head as needed**Education:**+ 2-3 years of related experience**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**+ 2-3 years of related experience+ Adept in time management, execution, project management, follow up, and have excellent attention to detail+ Must have excellent project management skills to support multiple projects simultaneously+ An individual who understands how to get things done+ Self-motivated, responsive, and tenacious+ Excellent interpersonal skills+ Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint#LI-PD1Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
