Job Description:
_ The Talent Acquisition Generalist is responsible for partnering with the Human Resources Business Partners and hiring managers to identify talent primarily for our high volume and niche roles. As the face of the Client, the Talent Acquisition Generalist will follow full cycle recruiting guidelines and work to ensure a positive applicant experience. _
Principal Duties:
Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies – including a recruitment plan which is geared towards building a diverse workforce, brand recognition and meeting the hiring needs of the business.
Build strong rapport with hiring managers, act like a consultant, and support recruiting needs.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Talent Acquisition team, document any new processes, fine tune standard processes, staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with assigned departments, employment agencies and other organizations.
Evaluate resumes and applications received for assigned departments.
Input information needed to generate employment reports.
Interview and evaluate candidates.
Job Related Experience:
Minimum Level: 1-2 years
Preferred Level: 3-5 years
Education:
_ Preferred Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Any) _
Technical Skills:
Experience with MS Excel/Spreadsheets (would like ideal candidate to be knowledgeable with Excel, does not need to have an excel certificate).
