RFS Behavioral Health Hiring for Human Resources Manager Job at Toledo, OH Full Time

The Human Resources Manager reports to the CEO and is a key member of the leadership team. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who can pro-actively develop and implement processes that improve the recruitment, retention, and development of all levels of employees, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Extensive knowledge and experience with a broad array of human resources management responsibilities.

• Administers and continually improves key human resources systems such as recruitment, retention, performance management and recognition.
• Assists leadership team with investigations and partner follow-up as needed.
• Develops initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
• Oversees benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent Implements and annually update compensation programs: rewrites job descriptions as necessary.
• Conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool.

Necessary Knowledge and Skills

• Exceptional writing, documentation, communication, deadline-oriented and leadership skills
• Knowledge and experience in managing federal, state and local human resources laws and regulations
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of mental health and social services is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
