Right at Home is hiring for a home care Home Care Scheduler / Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have scheduling experience in home care, home health, hospice or related industries. The Home Care Scheduler / Care Coordinator also plays the integral role of ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm. Bonus opportunities after 90 days, PTO, competitive salary starting at $45,000 per year.

Responsibilities of the Home Care Scheduler / Care Coordinator:

• Scheduler / Care Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for clients, family members, and caregivers regarding the Right at Home care schedule.
• Manage every detail of the care schedule with general guidance from care management staff.
• Home Care Scheduler / Care Coordinator will ensure all scheduled shifts are staffed and completed.
• Align with company management and office staff to ensure a strong caregiver engagement and client delight.
• Assist in oversight of on-site performance evaluations. Assist in making sure company/state guidelines are being adhered to on site in client’s homes.

Education and Skills of Home Care Scheduler / Care Coordinator:

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Basic office and computer skills and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal relations abilities. Excellent telephone skills.
• Knowledge of common medical terminology.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours
